The Mistral Reflector is a lighting solution for growers with heat problems. The reflector is the sealed type and is supplied with a pane of glass which fits on the base of the reflector. The heat from the bulb is ducted away via the 150mm openings on the ends of the reflector in a similar manner to that used with Cooltubes. The advantage over the Cooltube is that here you have a proper reflector making full use of the light from your bulb. The air intake and exhaust ports are 150mm diameter and it comes with the glass already fitted. Lookout for the display packaging!! Dimensions: 60cm long, 54cm wide and 22cm high.

The Diablo is the Mistral Reflector's big brother, it has all the same features that you like so much but it's BIGGER! The air intake and exhaust ports are 200mm diameter, there's none of that 'simply fit your own glass' stuff either - it comes with the glass already fitted. And it is packaged in a big box! This reflector has the hammered finish preferred by some growers and comes fitted with an IEC connector for connection to a ballast. The reflector spine is reinforced which makes it suitable for use with CFL lamps, with this in mind a 13 Amp plug to IEC converter lead is also supplied with the reflector.
